Terms of engagement

1. Parties and acceptance

The site and any statement of work are offered by Logic Pulse Core, of 241-B,Jalan Bunga Raya,Kampung Kepayan,88856,Malaysia (“we,” “us”). By browsing this site or by paying a deposit on a review, you accept these terms. If you enquire on behalf of a bank, wallet operator, or other company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The work

We provide human funnel analysis of finance-app journeys: walkthroughs, written drop-off maps, and briefings as described on the relevant review page and in any confirmation email. We do not supply software, hosting, payment processing, licensed data feeds, or a legal opinion on Bank Negara Malaysia requirements. Findings are professional observations of the screens and paths you make available. They are not a guarantee of higher completion, funded accounts, or regulatory approval.

3. Your access and materials

You must provide staging or production access sufficient to complete the agreed journey, including foreseeable failure states. You remain responsible for test identities, customer data minimisation, and any permission required from your vendors. Do not send live customer MyKad images or other personal data unless we have agreed a separate handling note in writing.

4. Fees, deposits, and taxes

Fees are in Malaysian ringgit as quoted. A 40% deposit reserves the intake week. The balance is due on delivery of the report. SST is added where the law requires. Bank charges on remittance are yours. See the refund page for interrupted work.

5. Intellectual property

The report we deliver is licensed to you for internal use, including sharing with your vendors and regulators as you see fit. We retain copyright in our method, templates, and the public pages of this site. We will not publish your screenshots or name your institution without written consent. You retain all rights in your app, copy, and marks. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the review.

6. Confidentiality

We treat staging credentials, unpublished screens, and funnel counts as confidential for three years after the briefing, except where disclosure is required by law or you have already made the material public.

7. Liability

We perform the walkthrough with reasonable care. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of applicant volume, regulatory fines, vendor charges, or indirect loss. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limits are not permitted under Malaysian law.

8. Site use

This website is informational. Pricing on it is a guide until confirmed in writing. You may not scrape, copy the report samples, or present our pages as your own. We may change public copy without notice. Enquiry forms on the site are not encrypted end-to-end beyond ordinary HTTPS; do not paste secrets, full MyKad numbers, or production passwords into the message field.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum that may apply to an individual client.
