Priced by the journey, not by a seat licence.

Every quote starts from the number of screens, languages, and applicant types. The figures below are starting points in ringgit, exclusive of SST where SST applies. Final fees are confirmed after intake, once we have seen whether staging actually reaches the last step.

What moves the fee

A second language on every error state (Bahasa Malaysia and English both in scope).
A second applicant type — for example first-time IC holder versus returning customer with an existing CIF.
On-site days in Kuala Lumpur (travel billed at cost, time at RM 3,200 per day).
A repeat walkthrough of the same journey after you change screens (quoted as a shorter map, not a full audit).

What we do not sell

There is no monthly plan, no “seats,” and no discounted annual bundle. A workshop day to walk your own staff through the method is RM 4,800 in Kota Kinabalu, RM 5,400 in the Klang Valley, capped at twelve people, and it is not a substitute for an audit of a live path.

Deposits are 40% to reserve the intake week. The balance is due when the report is delivered, before the briefing if you prefer the file first. See refunds for what happens if screen access never arrives.

How to get a figure that holds

Send the product name, the journey, and whether staging can reach a failed selfie. We reply within two working days with a range, then a firm fee after we have confirmed access. Request that range.
