Privacy notice
This notice explains how Logic Pulse Core handles personal data when you use logic-pulsecore.digital or enquire about funnel analysis for a finance app. It should be read with our cookies notice.
Data controller

What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email address, the review you selected, the product or journey you name, and the message you write. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to send. We do not ask for MyKad numbers, account numbers, passwords, or applicant-level personal data through the public form, and you should not supply them there.
If we later receive staging credentials or sample screens under a statement of work, that material is processed only to perform the review and is not mixed into marketing lists. We have no newsletter.
Why we process it
We use enquiry data to reply, to decide whether a review fits, to quote, to perform contracted work, and to keep records required for tax and dispute handling. The legal bases under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 include the performance of a contract (or steps at your request before a contract) and our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice in Malaysia. Where consent is required for a cookie other than those strictly needed to store your banner choice, we ask separately — see the cookies notice.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted from active mailboxes and files, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim. Contracts, invoices, and reports are kept for seven years to meet ordinary accounting practice in Malaysia. Staging credentials are revoked or deleted when the briefing is done, unless you ask us in writing to retain them for a scheduled repeat walk.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPA and any applicable exemptions, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, and information about how we use it. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example analytics cookies). You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia. Send rights requests to info@logic-pulsecore.digital. We may need to verify the requester before acting.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it with professional advisers (accountant, lawyer) when needed, with a subcontractor only if a statement of work says so, and with authorities when the law requires. Hosting of this static site may involve a hosting company that stores server logs; those logs, if any, are under that company’s terms.
International transfers
Our practice is in Malaysia. Email and hosting providers may store or route data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we take steps available to a small practice: reputable providers, access limited to the engagement, and no unnecessary export of applicant-level data. If a transfer requires additional contractual wording under the PDPA or a later regulation, we will put that wording in the statement of work.
Children
This site is aimed at professionals commissioning funnel analysis. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the head of the public page or the “last updated” line in this notice will change. Material changes to how we handle existing clients will be mailed to the address we hold for the engagement.
