Practice
Logic Pulse Core is a small analysis practice. We are not a software house. We walk the journeys Malaysian applicants already meet — MyKad, liveness, DuitNow, loan papers, unit-trust sheets — and we write what stopped them.
The practice started after too many meetings in which a finance-app team could recite install numbers and could not describe the fifth attempt at a selfie. Someone had to sit with the staging build, fail on purpose, and bring that failure into the room with Legal still present.
Kota Kinabalu is not an accident of a postcode. Applicants here complete the same Bank Negara-shaped checks as applicants in the Klang Valley, often on slower connections and in rooms that were never in the design QA script. If a path only works under office lighting, it is not finished.
We take one journey at a time. We ask for screen access before we quote a final week-count. We keep a frozen-step appendix so nobody claims we tried to delete e-KYC. Findings are ranked by whether the applicant can continue, not by the size of the engineering ticket.
When a team wants us on-site, we travel to Kuala Lumpur or host in Kampung Kepayan. Remote walkthroughs use the same report shape. The briefing is always live; we do not send a file and disappear.
People
Leads identity and account-opening walkthroughs. Previously sat with branch operations on IC capture exceptions. Writes the MyKad and liveness chapters.
Reads lending apply-flows and investment subscriptions. Holds the frozen-step appendix in briefings so compliance can spend time on the rest.
Maps first-funded and top-up rails — DuitNow, FPX, cash-in — and times the return into the finance app after the applicant has left it.
Plain English in the report. Screenshots only with your permission. No claim that we “own” your conversion. No pressure to buy a second engagement in the briefing. If the finding is that your vendor session expires, we will say the vendor’s name as it appears on the screen, and we will not pretend we can replace them.
