We finish the path the applicant did not.
A Logic Pulse Core funnel review is a scheduled walkthrough of one finance-app journey, including the failures. This page is the method. The commercial entry is still a named review.
Week one — intake without theatre
You name the journey in one sentence: “employed applicant, personal loan, English then Bahasa if they switch,” or “new wallet user, first DuitNow top-up from Bank A.” You list the steps Legal has frozen. You grant a test identity that can fail a selfie on purpose.
If staging cannot reach document upload, we stop and say so. We will not map a path we cannot walk. That delay is usually on access, not on analysis, and it is the most common reason a report slips a week.
Weeks two and three — two passes
Pass one is the happy path, timed, with every consent read aloud so we know what the applicant is agreeing to and when. Pass two is the damaged path: glare on the MyKad, a liveness timeout, an FPX back-button, a payslip rejection. We record the exact error strings in both languages if both are in scope.
We do not interview your customers. We do not run a panel. The evidence is the build you gave us, completed under kitchen light as well as office light when we are on-site.
What the map contains
- A step list that matches the screens, not a generic “awareness / consideration” sketch.
- For each step: what the applicant must produce (card, salary, highlight sheet scroll), what can go wrong, and whether the app offers a next action.
- A frozen appendix — the checks we did not challenge — so the briefing does not reopen e-KYC as a concept.
- A ranked list. Rank one is the stall that ends the session most completely, even if the ticket looks small.
The file is English. Screenshots are yours to redact. We do not publish client maps.
The ninety-minute briefing
Product, operations, and one person who can say no to a copy change. We show the failed capture, not the demo-day recording. Each of the first five findings leaves the room with an internal owner or an explicit “not this quarter.” Logic Pulse Core does not take a ticket in your backlog.
Afterward
You may commission a repeat walk of the same journey once screens have moved. That is a shorter map, priced after we know what changed. You may also stop at one report. Either is a complete engagement.
